PC-Doctor is used as the essential intelligent system diagnostics component of HP Instant Support, HP's self-service and assisted support solution, aiding both customers and call agents in quick accurate problem resolution.

HP is one of the first PC manufacturers to fully integrate its self-service and assisted support solution within Microsoft Windows XP. Using the Help and Support Center as the single entry point into the customer support experience, consumers have the option to resolve computer problems quickly and easily right from the desktop.
