NEC Offers Lower Total Cost of Projector Ownership With New VT45K

Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- NEC Solutions (America), Inc. today introduced the VT45K, an enhanced version of NEC's top-selling VT45 projector for mobile and tabletop applications. The new projector enriches the VT45's high-performance feature set by more than doubling the VT45's lamp life in standard mode to 2200 hours and offering a 3500-hour lamp life in Eco- Mode, lowering the projector's total cost of ownership considerably.

On units purchased through December 31st, VT45K users also benefit from a reduced estimated cost of $1,330 after $150 end-user rebate and from an extra year of InstaCare coverage. InstaCare is NEC's industry-leading service and support program that includes next business day replacement or three business day repair and return. The VT45K is the only projector in its class to include three years of this type of coverage free with a projector purchase.

These include NEC's exclusive VORTEX Technology Plus image enhancement system to give the VT45K the most natural, realistic colors and versatile image production in its class, manual lens shift, and a projector/PC remote.
