New, Tri-Mode CDM-8200 Offers State-of-the-Art Features Including A Built-In

Audiovox Corporation (Nasdaq: VOXX), today announced that its majority owned
subsidiary Audiovox Communications Corp. (ACC), introduced its newest,
ultra-slim, CDMA tri-mode phone that is designed to meet the growing demands
of today's wireless users -- the CDM-8200.
Equipped with a built-in web-browser (UP 4.1) and operating on the 800 MHz AMPS/CDMA and 1900 MHz PCS frequencies, Audiovox's CDM-8200 handset builds on the success of its tri-mode predecessor: the CDM-8100 wireless web-browsing phone. At just over 3 ounces (3.2/90 grams), the CDM-8200's streamlined design is stylish and user-friendly.
Driven by the MSM-3100 chipset, the CDM-8200 is data-capable and loaded with today's most wanted features, including: Two-way SMS, T9 predictive text messaging, and a built-in speakerphone. Durable and dependable, the CDM-8200 also comes with Caller ID, voice/text messaging service and voice/text message alert.
