New MSN Companion by eMachines Now Available
Previously announced, the $349 MSN Companion by eMachines Internet appliance
is now available from U.S. retailers including Circuit City, Office Depot,
selected Wal-Mart stores, Micro Center, MicroWarehouse and Cyberian Outpost.
The
$400 mail-in rebate from MSN applies to consumers who subscribe to MSN
Internet
access for a three-year term at $21.95 a month and make a total in-store
transaction of at least $400.
The MSN Companion by eMachines is uniquely designed for use with a
standard-size PC monitor and keyboard. eMachines, which also offers its new
matching gray toned eView15p and eView17p monitors, implemented this approach
as
