New Samsung HCP4363W is One-Box HDTV and Home Theater System Solution

January 2004 - Samsung Electronics just announced the introduction of the HCP4363W HDTV Monitor with built-In Home Theater System. This is the industry's first HD monitor with a complete 5.1 channel home theater system built inside and will be on display during CES at the Samsung booth, #11027 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center at CES in Las Vegas from January 8th - 11th, 2004.

The Samsung HCP4363W combines ease of use with quick, reliable set-up. With only one remote control and no wiring to set up, the user can experience great audio and video entertainment with the push of a button. The TV has a built-in DVD/CD player and surround sound system including front left and right, plus center channel and subwoofer. Even the CD rear left/rear right rear speakers are simulated utilizing a Samsung-developed Rear Reflector System.

The Samsung HCP4363W is a 43" Widescreen Rear Projection HDTV Monitor TV and includes a built-in DVD Player and 5.1 channel sound system. The video projection system includes ‘DNIe,’ Samsung's Proprietary Picture Enhancement for outstanding HD and analog picture quality, one HDMI, and two HD Component Inputs. The audio system features Dolby Digital, Dolby Prologic II, and DTS Total Sound with an output of 180Watts - Double Woofer (40Wx2) + Center (20W) + L/R (20Wx2) + Rear L/R (20Wx2)- along with TruSurround XT and Samsung's proprietary Rear Reflector Speaker System simulation.

The Samsung HCP4363W retails for $1,999.99 and will be available at consumer electronics establishments nationwide by the end of May 2004.
