Motorola Endeavor HX1: Not Your Average Headset

 Motorola Endeavor HX1

The Motorola Endeavor HX1 that we told you about back in June is now available in the United States. This bluetooth headset features CrystalTalk noise cancellation and a new stealth mode, which, when activated, true bone conduction technology lets the caller hear only your voice and blocks out all outside noise.

The Endeavor HX1 was created with the same bone conduction technology that special military forces use. To activate stealth mode, simply touch a button and stealth mode triggers bone conduction technology which uses an ear sensor to seal off outside noise. When you talk, the sensor taps your vocal vibrations and converts them to speech so only your voice is heard.

Motorola Endeavor HX1 is available only at Sprint starting today for $129.99.

Social Networking with your feet! Hands were soo yesterday...

Isaac Daniel with Blue GPS shoes

Meet the GPS shoe, aka "Blue GPS." Featuring Bluetooth, the new shoes enable the wearer to be tracked by friends and family through their cell phones. The wearer simply inputs up to five phone numbers of family/friends into his cell phone (eventually this capability will be able to be expanded to up to 20 people) and pushes a button on the shoe to activate a link with those on his list. The Blue GPS can be enabled with all cellular phones.

Another button can be pressed for an 'E911' call. When that button is pushed, a signal is sent to IDG's monitoring division, ID Conex, which then attempts to contact the wearer. If the shoe wearer does not respond, ID Conex then alerts the proper authorities.

This is an excellent idea for people traveling or, more importantly, keeping track of your children. The Blue GPS is expected to retail for about $150 when it hits stores in Latin America this fall. No information when/if it will be available in the United States.
