New $5 Million Spa Open in The Founders Inn

The Flowering Almond Spa at The Founders Inn and Spa includes six treatment rooms: one couple’s room, one for facial treatments, and four dedicated solely to massage therapy to help work out the kinks after a long meeting. A private conservatory featuring expansive windows overlooking the lake, candles, music and plush furniture, is being added along side the treatment rooms, offering a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and meditation before and after treatments. A 78-degree heated indoor pool will also beckon guests to break away from an intense schedule.

Four personal care stations for manicures and pedicures will provide an individual oasis. In addition, The Founders Inn and Spa’s complete line of exclusive products will be made available to patrons in a private retail area, allowing guests to replicate some services at home. The expanded and renovated Fitness Center is outfitted with cardio, and elliptical equipment and free weights, to help keep attendees in shape while on the road.

The expansive new outdoor pool, triple the size of the previous pool, is designed with a zero-depth entry allowing a graceful descent into the water. Whimsical interactive fountains throughout the pool area will encourage guests to “cool off” in addition to offering visual interest, and a 25- foot enclosed circular slide will appeal to children of all ages. The Flowering Almond Spa experience can be extended onto a newly installed outdoor patio and deck which jets out over the lake, featuring seating for up to 120 people for a light lunch, evening drinks, special catered or group affair.
