New Nodus Speaker System Brings PSP Users Premium Sound
May 9, 2006 - Psyclone Gaming Accessories today introduced Nodus, the first-ever high end PSP speaker system. The PSP sound solution, available in late summer 2006, provides users with an unmatched sound quality that for the first time takes the PSP audio experience to a premium level.
Nodus incorporates Sonic Impact's award winning Class TTM Amp Technology. The T Amp utilizes both digital and analog signal processing to maximize all frequencies. The result is powerful, clean, room filling sound.
The black and gray Nodus, with a sleek, curvy yet rectangular shape, is designed to hold the PSP device in a single cabinet design. While docked in the Nodus, the PSP battery recharges.
"Nodus offers PSP users the only distinct, cutting-edge audio advantage in the market," Jon Hausam, Vice President for Psyclone Gaming Accessories said. "The product launches PSP audio to the next stage of quality, experience and innovation."
At a suggested retail price of $199, Nodus will be available at Best Buy, Circuit City, Fry's Electronics and other gaming retailers.
Summary of Nodus Highlights:
- Auxiliary input allows user to play the PSP from six feet away and enjoy the full sound while gaming
- Auxiliary input allows user to connect other audio devices
- Unit comes with a remote that controls the Nodus volume and the PSP audio functions
