Professional Guitar Playing Now a Reality with Fretlight FG-451 Pro
June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Optek Music Systems, Inc. today announced a limited edition professional model. By combining the learning power of software-driven lights in the fretboard and a superior quality instrument, users can use the same instrument to go from beginner to performing on-stage in significantly less time than learning the old way. The only guitar that will advance with you as your playing progresses, Fretlight FG-451 Pro replaces the hundreds to thousands of dollars on average that is spent on books, software and hardware over the course of a players lifetime.
Available in Natural Blonde or Transluscent Blue, Fretlight FG-451 features a curved flamed maple top and body made from Louisiana light ash and a slippery maple neck. A deluxe fixed bridge with through body design and a set of locking tuners ensures playability is solid and in tune all the time while two single-coil Alnico humbuckers create extraordinary tones. In addition, FG-451 is the first guitar to ship with 22 stainless steel Dean Markley frets for smooth playing.
Optek Music Systems Fretlight guitars enable beginner, intermediate, and advanced guitarists to learn chords, scales, and songs from a series of LED lights embedded in the guitar's fretboard, which signify where the user's fingers should be placed. Connected via the USB port of a computer and driven by a selection of educational software titles, the Fretlight guitar allows users to learn, memorize, and play a wide variety of rhythm and lead guitar styles.
The Fretlight FG-451 Pro will begin shipping in September. MSRP is $899. For more information, visit www.fretlight.com.
