Fidelity Electronics Launches New Digital Picture Frames

July 13, 2006 – Fidelity Electronics, Inc. announces the United States launch of a new line of superior quality Digital Picture Frames.

Fidelity Electronics Digital Picture Frames use high resolution LCD TFT screens that display pictures in vibrant colors. These sleek, attractive 5.6 inch and 8 inch frames enable the user to conveniently view all digital pictures from one location directly from a digital memory card - without a computer, camera or Internet connection. The number of images that can be displayed is only limited by the memory card capacity. Slideshow display and zoom in and out modes bring the user’s photos to life. Fidelity’s Digital Picture Frames require no installation, and come with an easy to follow printed Quick Start Guide as well as a comprehensive CD-ROM manual. These reliable, attractive, high-tech frames also come with a one year parts and labor warranty.

Fidelity’s DPF-5600F is a 5.6” Digital Picture Frame supporting up to a 10 mega pixel picture. Compatible with Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, it has a USB port and uses CF/MS/SD/MMC memory card formats. Easy-to-use on board menu controls allows the user to manage photo display at a simple touch. The frame also features a TV/Video Output function which allows digital pictures to be viewed directly on any TV. Available in a clear acrylic design, the DPF-5600F carries a suggested retail price of $199.

The DPF-8000F is an 8” Digital Picture Frame supporting up to 12 mega pixels. This frame displays pictures, as well as music and video on a high resolution LCD TFT screen. It uses CF/MD/MS/SD/MMC/SM/XD memory card formats. Utilizing MPEG1/MPEG2/MPEG4 video files, JPEG photo formats, and MP3 music files, the DPF-8000F has built in stereo speakers and a multi-function music and video mode. The user can manage displayed media with easy wireless remote or onboard controls. This model, available in black, has a suggested retail price of $249.
