The company is now providing greater value to consumers with free online firmware upgrades that let them easily download and install the latest HDTV features, improvements and even future technologies in the convenience of their own home.

Until now, once a consumer purchased a TV no further feature upgrades were possible. Westinghouse Digital has smashed traditional “in the box” innovation with its new online firmware upgrades that give users the ability to easily and directly download the latest HDTV technologies such as picture viewers, audio enrichment and color advancements to ensure superior viewing quality and enjoyment.
