New Jungle Jim and Extreme Hangman Flash Lite Games on Verizon Phones

October 25, 2006 – SkyZone Entertainment, Inc., a mobile entertainment publisher, and Verizon Wireless, the nation’s leading wireless service provider, today announced the first round of Flash Lite-enabled gaming applications making their debut today on select Verizon Wireless Get It Now-enabled phones. The first two products available through SkyZone include "Jungle Jim" and "Extreme Hangman" mobile games, which are available for a monthly access fee or for unlimited use purchase. Verizon Wireless customers may download these games on their phones in the Get It Now virtual store in the getGAMES shopping aisle.

“'Jungle Jim' and 'Extreme Hangman' are great representations of truly immersive casual games,” said Neil Haldar, vice president of content programming and strategy for SkyZone Entertainment. “These titles are especially suited to Flash Lite technology, which provides even greater graphics and detail on the average handset and we believe it will further help to usher in the next wave of mobile gaming adoption.”

Flash Lite for BREW gives Verizon Wireless customers the ability to automatically download applications, such as "Jungle Jim" and "Extreme Hangman," and immediately “Flash-enable” their phones. "Jungle Jim" is available for $1.99 for monthly access or $4.99 for unlimited use purchase initially on four phones from Verizon Wireless, including The V (LG VX9800), Motorola RAZR V3c and V3m and Samsung SCH-a950. Verizon Wireless is expected to make Flash Lite available on additional handsets in the coming weeks. "Extreme Hangman" is also available on the phones and may be purchased for $1.99 monthly access and $5.99 for unlimited use purchase.

Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications. Customers need a Get It Now-enabled handset and Verizon Wireless digital service to access the Get It Now virtual store.
