Jabra Unveils New Mobile Music Headset and Ships Bluetooth Stereo Adapters
Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Jabra, a leading brand of audio products for the mobile consumer market, today announced the launch of its Jabra BT320s Bluetooth stereo headset that allows you to be connected wirelessly with your music-enabled mobile phone. This exciting new headset is the latest addition to Jabra's recently announced mobile music portfolio of audio products that include the now shipping Jabra A120s Bluetooth stereo adapter for music players and the Jabra A125s Bluetooth stereo adapter for the iPod.
Designed for music lovers on the move, the Jabra BT320s combines style with seamless integration of phone and music technology. It comes with exchangeable high performance stereo headphones for music enthusiasts and merges the functionality of dynamic design with wireless communication.
By pairing the Jabra BT320s wirelessly to a music phone, users can take calls while listening to their favorite music as the music is automatically paused when a call comes in. The remote control interface gives users complete freedom to operate the music functions without getting tied up in wires or losing connectivity with the rest of the world. And for those who prefer to use an MP3 player to listen to music, the Jabra BT320s functions as not only a high-quality Bluetooth stereo headset but also pairs to the Jabra A120s for music players or Jabra A125s for the iPod and a Bluetooth mobile phone. This ensures seamless wireless connectivity and functionality between the Jabra BT320s, mobile phone and music player.
"As we approach this holiday season, we are seeing significant changes in the mobile music landscape and we are focused on developing mobile audio products that interact with users in a way that meets their needs. In two years' time 7 out of 10 mobile phones will have music functionality and we want to make sure the Jabra brand of audio products is at the forefront of this market development," said David Wood, senior vice president and general manager for GN Netcom / Jabra North American operations.
The Jabra BT320s comes in Deep Black and sports a robust, rain shower proof design, making it ideal for active individuals on the move. Users can stay connected while being unplugged with up to 6 hours of listening/talk time and 160 hours standby time. For even more convenience, the neck strap is included in the sales package.
The Jabra A125s is the ideal solution for Bluetooth enabling an iPod so users can wirelessly listen to music via a Bluetooth stereo headset or headphones. Compatible with most iPods including the iPod mini, iPod photo and iPod nano, the Jabra A125s provides users with wireless music streaming from an iPod to a Bluetooth stereo headset or headphone.
The Jabra A125s "Apple approved" adapter has automatic Bluetooth pairing and features 10 hours of music time.
Featuring up to 10 hours of music time, the Jabra A120s can be used to Bluetooth enable all music devices using a 3.5mm jack such as music mobile phones, PCs, or standard music players. With the Jabra A120s users can stream music direct to a Bluetooth stereo headset or headphone.
