Future Sonics Releases Line of Professional Universal-Fit Earphones
June 26, 2007– Future Sonics, the original innovators of personal monitors and professional audio performance earphones, just announced the release of their greatly anticipated product line, The Atrio™ Series (pronounced Aytree-oh).
Built upon their latest MG5 driver™ technology, the new series features products specifically designed for live performance, recording studio, multimedia and broadcast applications. Top artists, including Jimmy Buffet, Justin Timberlake, John Legend, U2, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Steve Miller Band and the Foo Fighters are currently on tour with Future Sonics products.
Like the company’s Ear Monitors® brand personal monitors -- the very first professional earphones specifically designed with a custom-molded fit for live performance applications -- The Atrio™ Series offers:
- Professional sound at consumer price
- A natural comfort-fit “feel” with accurate dynamic bass frequency response
- Warm, rich vocal tone and clean detailed clarity in the upper frequencies
- Excellent reproduction of the timbre of the original source audio
- Full range performance from a miniature loudspeaker measuring under 10mm
The Atrio™ Series allows an easy way to get into both concert-stage monitoring and robust sound reproduction for studio or personal listening at a great price. Atrio is offered in two models - the m5, for live performance applications (MSRP $199/pair USD), and the m8, for digital media and recording studio work (MSRP $229/pair USD). While the m5 and m8 are identical on the component side, the key difference between the two is the color, as well as included accessories. Both models are available in single pack, twin-pack and six-pack editions. Additionally, the m8 model includes a 10’ extension cable and ¼” stereo adapter plug.
“Future Sonics is the industry standard in the professional market. The new Atrio™ Series continues our tradition of outstanding signature sound quality, reliability and client services, while featuring completely new designs and technologies specifically created to address the demands of top performers, engineers and production staff,” says Daniel East, Director of Worldwide Marketing & Artist Relations for Future Sonics. “As the concept of personal monitor systems continues to grow in the marketplace, The Atrio™ Series is an excellent upgrade from any similar product and/or to enhance the quality of any existing personal monitoring system.”
East suggests that customers try the m5 model with a gaming system, portable DVD player and/or a laptop computer. “We like to say that anything you plug our products into ‘instantly’ becomes the best sounding [one of those] ever.”
The Atrio Series is now available direct from Future Sonics, as well as Hear Technologies. Check www.futuresonics.com for information on availability.
