Winner of a 2007 CES Innovation Award, the Pronto TSU9600 is poised to orchestrate an entire household of digital devices, from upscale home theater equipment and custom lighting (Lutron Electronics Co., Inc’s RadioRA® lighting control) to multi-room audio solutions (Escient® Fireball™ Media Manager). The Pronto TSU9600 boasts a compact profile and flush-mounted, 3.7” VGA (640X480) touch screen for a clear and sharp user interface.
Based on research with professional installers, the Wi-Fi®-enabled TSU9600 is designed with customers’ advancing home technology in mind. It provides the necessary storage (64MB1) and upgradeable characteristics to become an essential part of today and tomorrow’s digital lifestyle. Now available, the TSU9600 has a suggested retail price of $1,299.
Colorful control: TSU7500
Building upon the critically acclaimed TSU7000, Philips’ TSU7500 touch-screen remote combines both design and function advancements to offer a customized control experience. With an increased memory capacity from 32 MB to 48 MB, the TSU7500 enables extensive customization and controls even more devices than previous Pronto remotes. The TSU7500 features an LCD display with more than 65,000 vibrant colors for crisp, clear images. Both installers and consumers will appreciate the elegant feel and comfort offered through the newly designed operational buttons.
The TSU7500 uploads and downloads four-times faster than previous models. Additionally, the TSU7500 features backward compatible RF capabilities and IR learning for the unit’s extensive database of codes. Currently available, the TSU7500 has a suggested retail price of $999.
Personalized performance: TSU3500
Providing increased clarity thanks to a cutting-edge white LED backlit screen, the TSU3500 features a dramatically enhanced display that is easy for consumers to view and control. The TSU3500’s design features new controls that are simple and comfortable to operate. The display screen, along with the icons, can be personalized by an installer to meet each consumer’s unique needs and preferences. Currently available, the TSU3500 has a suggested retail price of $499.
Extended control
The TSU9600 is compatible with two optional extenders to maximize control. The RFX9400 provides premier Wi-Fi and wired network compatibility and individual, addressable IR ports. To further increase reliability, the RFX9600 RS232 output can be hard wired to equipment to ensure commands are completed. Both extenders boast power sensing of equipment and contact closure for maximum reliability. Currently available, the RFX9400 and RFX9600 have suggested retail prices of $299 and $599, respectively.
Compatible with the TSU3500 and TSU7500, the RFX6500 receiver module features an LED that indicates signal interference - enabling installers to place the RF receiver at the best position. The RFX6500 also includes a free-positional antenna that can be rotated in all directions, adding flexibility and ensuring the system is optimized. Installers can connect the unit via the single connection cable for both power and IR signals, as well as increase IR capabilities with the four output ports on the unit itself. Currently available, the RFX6500 has a suggested retail price of $199.
