Chevrolet Reveals the 2012 Camaro ZL1 - the Fastest Camaro Ever!

 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1

This week at the Chicago Auto Show, Chevrolet unveiled the 2012 Camaro ZL1, a vehicle taking its name from the highly coveted 1969 all-aluminum model. Planned to be available at the beginning of 2012, Chevrolet says this is "its highest-performing and most technically advanced car ever developed in its class."

Featuring a supercharged V-8 engine producing an estimated 550 horsepower (410 kW), the Camaro ZL1 will be the fastest Camaro ever offered by Chevrolet. But it’s more than just power; the ZL1 touts an advanced chassis, unique Magnetic Ride Control suspension, new bodywork, wider 20-inch tires, a Tremec six-speed manual transmission with a dual-disc clutch system, Brembo brakes, a brand new electric power steering system, and, of course an upgraded interior. The Camaro is Back with New 2010 Model

2010 Chevrolet Camaro

The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro was first unveiled at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show and is often recognized as "Bumblebee" from the first Transformers movie. Many have been awaiting its arrival, but wait no more…the all-new 2010 Chevy Camaro is here.

For the last year Chevy dealers have been taking deposits on the new Camaro. More than 14,000 people have put money down on this new car…in fact…many dealers have had to stop taking deposits on the 2010 Camaro due to its high demand. Most buyers haven't even taken the car on a test drive, much less seen the car in person - even in this economy! That says a lot for the Camaro brand.

Pricing on the 2010 Camaro starts at $22,995 for a 300hp V-6 that gets 29 miles per gallon and comes with Bluetooth phone and USB connectivity, a Boston Acoustics audio system, OnStar, and XM satellite radio.
