Epson iPrint App Gets Upgrade, Adds Web Printing
This week Epson announced its new version of Epson iPrint (v2.0) mobile printing app for iOS devices. With the Epson iPrint app you can print web pages and documents from your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch to any wireless Epson all-in-one printer. The app also allows you to scan, save and share files.
Epson iPrint v2.0 prints photos too. You can print them with or without borders, switch between color or monochrome printing, select different scanning resolutions and image types, optimize print quality, even buy ink and supplies.
In addition to photos, the app can print practically any file you need including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents, and files from online cloud services like Box.net, Dropbox, Evernote and Google Docs.

- Check printer's status and ink levels
The following Epson printers support iPrint (v2): Epson Artisan 700, 710, 725, 800, and 810; Epson Stylus NX420, NX510, NX515 and NX625; Epson WorkForce 325, 520, 600, 610, 615, 630, 633, 635 and 840.

This app absolutely brings handheld computing devices such as iphones, ipads, etc to its truest sense of the term. It's becoming clearer everyday that all computers will work like this in the future. Just as predicted by the big names like Steve jobs and Bill Gates.
