Super Skinny Samsung Series 9 Arrives at Stores

You can now find the super-slim, less than 3 pound Samsung Series 9 laptop available for preorder at Best Buy and select other retailers. This 13-inch ultra premium laptop features an LED-backlit display with 400 nits of brightness, Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel Core i5-2537M dual-core processor running at 1.4GHz, 4GB of RAM, and a 128GB SSD.

Additionally, the wide 160-degree viewing angle allows you to view screen images from a variety of vantages points, and the ambient light sensor adjusts the display brightness based on lighting conditions to reduce eye strain. The backlit keyboard also automatically adjusts and adapts to darker light conditions, providing more illumination.

The 13-inch Series 9 laptop equipped with Windows 7 Professional will be in retail stores in mid-April. While the laptop is ultra-light, it is priced at a hefty $1,699.

An 11-inch Series 9 laptop featuring Windows 7 Home Premium and 64 GB of HDD storage will also be available in mid-April.
