Black Friday Weekend Deals Start Early at Borders

Borders today unveiled a ton of Black Friday deals on bestselling titles, toys and games, music and DVDs — as well as eReaders priced as low as $89.99. The bargains begin today, Wednesday, Nov. 24 and will run through Sunday, Nov. 28.

Are you a Borders Rewards loyalty program member? Members can save big with a 50-percent-off in-store coupon that can be used on thousands of items today, Nov. 24. Borders will also have a 50% off coupon found in newspaper inserts, which can be used in stores beginning Black Friday through Sunday. The insert also includes a 40-percent-off-any-one-kids'-toy-or-game coupon, and a coupon for a free medium latte or medium brewed coffee redeemable Friday. (Borders Rewards members will also receive the 40-percent-off-kids-toys-and-games coupon and the coffee coupon in a Thursday Rewards email.)

Borders also announced additional Black Friday promotions, with no coupon required. These offers begin today and are available all weekend in stores nationwide and on Borders.com (unless otherwise noted).

But that's not all! Now through Nov. 30, those who join the Borders Rewards Plus program for $20 will receive $10 in bonus Borders Bucks, which can be redeemed Dec. 26 through Jan. 11. Also, Borders Rewards Plus members save an additional 10 percent off the purchase price in-store and on Borders.com, and they receive free shipping everyday.
