ViewSonic Announces the Pro8200 - a 1080p Full HD Projector

ViewSonic has a new projector aimed at entertainment enthusiasts, the Pro8200. Delivering Full HD 1080p resolution, 2,000 lumens, a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, the Pro8200 is perfect for viewing movies, HDTV content or gaming in almost any lighting condition.

The Pro8200 features both DLP and BrilliantColor technologies, along with a Pixelworks PW980 video processor and full RS232 control for automation system integration. It includes two HDMI 1.3 inputs, component video inputs for connecting DVD players, game consoles etc., USB input and more. An integrated Eco-mode also lowers power consumption and extends the lamp life.
