Best Buy Begins Video Game Trade-In Program

 Best Buy

Best Buy has a new used video game trade-in program that is launching in close to 600 Best Buy stores this week, with additional stores to follow. Beginning this Sunday, August 29, customers who trade-in one of 100 popular titles will receive a $20 Best Buy Gift Card.

To trade-in used games, customers can visit the Customer Service desk, or select locations will have a dedicated Trade-In desk within the gaming department. Best Buy will offer a similar program online at BestBuy.com that gives customers estimates for their games, and allow them to mail them in for free. Customers using the online program will receive a Best Buy Gift Card 7-14 days later. Trade-In prices in-store will match the prices shown online.
