Epson Launches The Great American Movie Night

Epson wants to bring people together, and to do that, they have a new campaign called the Great American Movie Night that educates people on projecting movies on big screens outdoors. As part of the campaign, Epson announced two new contests, the Projector-A-Day Giveaway and the Makeover Your Backyard Sweepstakes.

In the Projector-A-Day Giveaway, Epson is giving away a Epson MovieMate 60 projector each day between May 17–23! Register until May 23, 2010 at 9 a.m. PT to be eligible to win. For anyone that hosts their own movie night with friends, Epson wants you to share a photo of the event to enter the Makeover Your Backyard Sweepstakes. Simply upload a photo of your movie night on the Great American Movie Night Web site to enter for a chance to win $2,500 towards a backyard theater makeover. Photos need to be uploaded by June 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT to enter.

The Great American Movie Night Web site also has tips on hosting an outdoor movie party, movie party themes and kits with film suggestions, snack recipes, music playlists, and downloadable invitation templates.
