No big shocker in this particular J.D. report, most of the car manufacturers that people would expect are the leaders. The only thing that surprised me was that Porsche came out ahead of both Lexus. One of my friends works for our local dealership and said that they were shocked also. of I guess all of the recent car and truck recalls have started to finally effect them.
