 MSI Wind U160

MSI just announced its second netbook with the Pine Trail platform, the Wind U160. Boasting a 15 hour battery life (when in ECO mode), this netbook is powered by the Intel Atom N450 processor, has a 10-inch backlit LED display, 1 GB of DDR2 memory, and a 160GB hard drive.

Additional features include Bluetooth connectivity, a 6-cell battery and Windows 7 Starter. It also comes with EasyFace facial recognition security software preloaded.

A 2010 iF Product Design Award Winner, the Wind U160 is just 0.98 inches at its widest point, making it the thinnest Wind model to date. It also sports a raised chiclet keyboard and a wide touchpad for more comfort while typing. The U160 is available in a sparkling gold or black for $379.99 and is available now at Fry's (Fry's product number L1600) and online at Newegg and Buy.com.
