Mitsubishi Shows Off Huge 82-inch 3D-Ready TV

Mitsubishi is showcasing its 82-inch Home Theater 3D-ready TV this weekend at Linder's in California. The 82-inch WD82837 is almost four times the viewing area of a 42-inch flat panel TV! You can't get much closer to a movie theater in your living room if you ask me.

To kick things off, from now until Sunday Linder's will be offering buyers of Mitsubishi 3D-Ready Home Theater TVs a limited-time complimentary 3D gaming bundle valued at $500. The gaming bundle consists of a PlayStation 3, the video game "Avatar" and a pair of XpanD's active shutter 3-D glasses.

Mitsubishi's 3D-Ready TVs start in price around $1400, the 82-inch will set you back $4999.
