Yesterday we told you about the new Optio W90 waterproof digital camera from PENTAX. If you're looking for camera with more zoom, PENTAX also announced the X90, the company's latest megazoom digital camera.

Featuring a 26X megazoom, super-telephoto lens (26-676mm equivalent), the 12.1 megapixel X90 also sports a 2.7 inch LCD with anti-reflection coating, electronic viewfinder with new diopter adjustment and includes a Macro mode that focuses to less than one inch away from photo subjects.

Additional features include:

  • Triple Shake Reduction technology includes a mechanical sensor-shift SR mechanism, Digital Pixel Track and high ISO SR, and Movie SR
  • High speed continuous shooting up to 11 frames per second
  • Lithium Ion battery and improved power efficiency
  • Eye-Fi connectivity
  • HDMI port

The PENTAX X90 will be available in April 2010 for $399.95. Both the Optio W90 and X90 are available for preorder now at www.pentaxwebstore.com.
