Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus Available Today at Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless announced that both the Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus are available today, January 25, online at www.verizonwireless.com and in Verizon Wireless stores.

Both devices feature a built-in 3G Mobile Hotspot – a Wi-Fi hotspot that can be shared among five Wi-Fi-capable devices. 3G Mobile Hotspot usage is priced at $40 for 5GB and 5 cents per megabyte overage.

The Palm Pre Plus is available for $149.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate, and Palm Pixi Plus costs $99.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate, each with a new two-year agreement. Verizon is also running a special through February 14, 2010 where if you buy a Palm Pre Plus or a Palm Pixi Plus you get a Palm Pixi Plus free after a mail-in rebate.

Pixi Touchstone Back Covers are also available for Palm Pixi Plus owners. The covers come in pink, blue, green, orange and black for $29.99 each at www.verizonwireless.com and in Verizon Wireless stores.
