Best Buy Launches Scary Technology Contest

Best Buy wants to know what old, outdated technology you have in your house. The company just announced a photo contest where you can win a home theater makeover by showing them your outdated home technology. Dubbed the "Scary Technology" contest, you can enter to win by submitting your photos, along with a 140-character description to www.ScaryTechnology.com.

The contest runs until October 26, 2009, with the winner being announced on Halloween. The Grand Prize winner will receive a $3,500 Insignia Home Theater makeover including GeekSquad installation. The first runner-up will win a $1,500 Best Buy Gift Card, while the second prize winner will receive a $1,000 Best Buy gift card.
