Nintendo's E3 Press Conference Rundown


 Wii Vitality Sensor

The Wii Vitality Sensor was shown off at Nintendo's E3 press conference which took place today. It's a finger sensor that attaches to the Wiimote and to your finger to read your pulse. There were no details about how this could be used with games.

It was also announced that Wii Fit Plus will drop this Fall. It will feature six new training exercises and fifteen new balance board mini-games. Also, you will be able to set up routines that tone particular parts of you body.

  • The New Super Mario Bros. Wii was announced! It will be a four-player co-operative take on classic 2D Mario gameplay. It will be available this Winter.
  • Mario Galaxy 2 was announced
  • New Metroid game announced for 2010!!!
  • Mario vs. Donkey Kong 3 announced as a WiiWare exclusive for June 8th
  • Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story announced for the DS
  • Final Fantasy: The Crystal Bearers shown off, but still no release date
  • Golden Sun DS announced for 2010
