The Battery Powered Neuton Mower has a 6-Month Risk-Free Trial!

I own two of the 6.3 model mower and I verry please. It is easy to use and most of it do the job. The battery last almost an our and I do follow the initial charge recomandation of 72 hours. I decide, when i purchase (Sears Canada, St-Bruno Quebec) to buy a second battery (from Neuton because not available at Sears wich is bad) for each of the mower, that decision was made based on the average indicated duration on the advertisement, 45 minutes to an hour. I did the right think in buying two of those extra battery (bit pricy and not include the shipping cost) since I have a large lawn to cut and I like to have the power it need to do the job.

I realy like the mulching feature that leave no trace on the groud. I recommend to use tha feature only when you cut your grass on the hot summer day in early eavening when the condition are at the best, your grass is less charge with water and it not burn it. I find that here in souther Quebec that the best time to do mulching is in middle of june to the end of august, because the grass carry to much water.

Finaly, the service after sale, was for me a peace of cake. I receive a damadge wheel in the carton and two week after I called the service departement at Neuton, I receive a replacement wheel, free of charge. I order the Bundle package wich include an extra battery, spool, weed wacker, a blade and a sharpner (free shipping charge, ship from Oregon I think)) plus an additional battery (pricy shipping ship from Massachusset) and I receive it no more than 5 days after. I hope sears will carry at least the battery like Home Depot (they not have the 6.3 model, they just carry the 5 model and battery)

So far so good, the Mower delivered what I was expected, do my lawn with a professional look without use of fossil fuel. I have secret for every lawn mower user, including gaz mower user, always maintain your blade sharp. On neuton (thanks to the tool set at the reach of hand all the time) it is verry easy to remove and sharp with the tool I receive with the bundle (10 minutes total) and dont forget to wear glove.

The only concern I have is how long will the battery last. Since I'm a good care taker for battery, I expect that it will last more than 3 years like my battery in my both lap top computer, one is now 3 years old (mac Book pro) and it last still 3 hours, will see. Maybe one day we will see a replacement Lithium Ion package for the battery.
