Best Point And Shoot Camera: Yashica T-4 Super
What can you say about a winner that just keeps getting better? At a street
price of around $160 you get a pocket size camera that has been refined over
the past 15 or so years and has won (and continues to win) awards across the
world. The T-4 Super is a truly pocket-sized point and shoot 35 mm camera that simply refuses to take a bad picture. You can give this little jewel to a rank amateur and get great results. When you combine a sharp Carl Zeiss lens, compact size, easy operation and constantly great photos, what's not to like? The bad news: Yashica and Contax's parent company discontinued the venerable Contax T-2. The T-2 was a pricier big brother (around $800) to the T-4 and was perhaps the best all-around pocket-size 35 mm camera ever made. Just ask any Pro. Enough said.
