Video to Go
The hard-drive based portable video player is the hot gadget of 2003. Microsoft and Intel are at it again, and 2003 will be the year that consumers will get portable, Walkman-sized video players with tiny hard drives able to store 70 hours of digital video and multi-channel audio, viewable on either the player's own 4-inch color screen or via external video monitor or TV. Expect the first generation Portable Video Players (PVPs) to be around $400.
