The Fathom f212 features a pair of 12W7 subwoofer drivers in a sealed enclosure, centered around the most powerful motor systems JL Audio has ever used on a 12-inch woofer. What do you get from this? How about some of the best mind-blowing bass you will ever hear, reduced distortion and even greater transient accuracy than JL Audio’s single-woofer Fathoms.

The Fathom f212 includes JL Audio's Automatic Room Optimization (A.R.O.) that measures and analyzes the response of the subwoofer in the listening space and corrects it with an equalizer for optimal bass quality. A calibration microphone is included for this purpose. The on-board switching amplifier is rated at 3000 watts (RMS short-term)- perfect for the most demanding movie soundtracks. Balanced and unbalanced inputs are provided as well as a balanced output for multiple subwoofer installations.
