New Philips LCD TVs

Philips new LCD TVs offer consumers a whole new experience in television viewing. The new sets offer consumers new options in FlatTVs combining the latest advancements in technology with a stylish design. Available in 15-inch (15PF9947) and 20-inch (20PF9925) models, the LCDs provide consumers a sharp and crisp image featuring high contrast (400:1 for 20" and 300:1 for 15") and high brightness (400-450 cd/m2). Utilizing Philips' flat, slim design and integrated "arch" table-top stand, the LCDs are a welcome addition to any room, fitting easily in space-constrained areas. The LCDs feature additional viewing luxuries including, line de-interlacing, a comb filter, an integrated TV tuner, multiple audio/video inputs and outputs, an integrated stereo sound system with 2x3 Watt RMS speakers and a TV/VCR remote control. Users will find that components can be easily connected to the sets for added versatility.

The 15-inch LCD also features a PC-in port providing easy connectivity to a PC so the TV can easily be turned into a computer monitor.
