Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Bolstering its retail presence with a wider selection of innovative consumer electronics products, GoVideo today announced the introduction of two new DVD Recorders, its new Dual- Deck DVD Recorder + VCR, and single-deck DVD Recorder. And, furthering its commitment to excellence in customer service, the company has raised the bar again, introducing GoVideo's new 'White Glove Customer Care,' providing an enhanced level of support for first-time users of DVD Recorder products.

GoVideo's new VR3930 and VR4940 models represent the company's first Dual- Deck line combining a DVD recorder and hi-fi VCR all in one, capable of copying VHS tapes to DVD and DVD discs to VHS at the touch of a button.
