LG Dare for Verizon: 3.2 Megapixel Camera, Touch-Screen
LG’s slim, new touch-screen handset--the LG Dare--comes loaded with multimedia functionality. This 3G V CAST-capable phone has VZ Navigator, V CAST Music, a full HTML browser, and a 3.2 megapixel still and video camera with built-in flash. And for better quality pictures, it also automatically adapts to low or uneven light. A cool photo editing tool is included that lets you add borders and even has a fun doodle feature right on the screen. Your photos can then be uploaded to a social networking site directly from the phone.
The Dare also has tactile feedback while typing, handwriting recognition, a microSD port for expandable memory, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Favorite contacts can be reached with a drag and drop photo interface. The LG Dare has a battery life of 4.6 hours of talk time and 15 days of standby time.
The LG Dare is available now for $249.99 with 2-year contract at Verizon Wireless stores (or get it online at www.verizonwireless.com for a $50 discount).
